Everything was fine except I was missing an item, that I even reported but never got an answer back :)

The products themselves are great but the shipping and even communication around the delayed shipping was terrible. I had to follow up on my delayed order that was pending for over a week without an update. In a world where I can order similar products from Amazon, Target, even Revolution makeup and receive my order in days... it’s just less than acceptable.

Amazing color and palettes, ZERO return policy

I have tons of colourpop. I love them. But this last time I ordered I dug my recurve all my items. I have submitted 2 requests about it and heard nothing. That was a month ago.... great products, maybe lacking company?

My package was in excellent condition, but it took way too long to ship. I’m a foreigner anda was visiting family, I made my order on December 29th and returned to my country in January 9th, my package arrived on the 12th. So now I have to wait for it to arrive through a courier again.

Products are amazing. But an eyeshadow always comes completely broken and all over be box for me. This just happened recently with the wild child palette.

One of the items was damaged, others were scratched on the packaging. The products are good but the condition they arrived in was not satisfactory.

i love the product but it took more than a month to come and of course i order from order places to they come way early so yeah
