I purchased “The Child” Baby Yoda colourpop palette and I absolutely loved the colors and the application! The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because one of the colors broke before I even used it and got all over the other colors :( kinda disappointing.

I'm still waiting on my package, it's hard to determine what shade you are for foundation and concealer. Concealer sucks. Eyeshadow is nice

I like that their products are cruelty free and that they offer many vegan options. However, the brand is pretty average overall. Good, but not great.

Very slow at processing orders & shipping them out. Takes forever to get through to customer service and issues aren't always resolved. Too many launches back to back.

The shadows are nice and pigmented. But one broke with me just dipping my brush in it.

Your make up is good I love all the different color palettes, but you shipping takes WAY TOOOOOO LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I shouldn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for makeup.

This company has some really nice products. Some work better than others but for the price you pay you can't really complain. The big drawback is the absolutely atrocious customer service. I've never gotten a reply to an email within the timeline stated on their website. If your products arrive broken don't expect a reimbursement or replacement the best I've gotten is a coupon code for the value of the item which is useless unless you place another order within 5 months. My order was well packed but despite a stamp saying it had been verified by an employee my order contained five random items that I hadn't ordered or paid for so some other customer's order probably never arrived.

I really use to really like Colourpop make~up but now I can’t wear it anymore it is not a clean make up. It will make my eyes water and turn red and I cannot wear it like I used to. It is no different then drug store make up now they have changed the ingredients in the products to save money. The company does not even offer 1 clean make up line. They might be cruelty free because they don’t test on animals because we are the test subjects. The lady that emailed me stated that the ingredients they can be harmful and could be hormone disrupters. (OMG!) I recently saw that people received lipsticks with hair and white mole in a celebrity sponsored line that had no quality control. I was a loyal customer but I am not going to keep buying a eyeliner that drys out and breaks in the middle. I feel taken advantage of by this company. I reached out and tried to give them a chance to explain or make it right somehow. They did not make it right but were honest about there crappy ingredients that I can appreciate.
