I still have not received my order 😐

I really appreciate the speed of response to all my emails regarding the shipping, however, the products that I purchased 4 weeks ago have not arrived...

I really want to buy from their build a palette section but it has been out of stock for the longest time. They need to focus more on restock than releasing new palettes.

I ordered the baby Mandalorian pallet and one shadow came crumbled out of the package. I can’t return the product due to Covid and have no way of exchanging it.

El primer envio estuvo excelente en tiempo y forma pero este ultimo pedido no llegó y el numero de rastreo nunca se actualizó. No sé si se perdió el paquete... ya me comuniqué a servicio al cliente y me van a volver a enviar mi pedido solo que no viene completo.

I bought some products with international shipping to Mexico. It's been more than 21 business days and the tracking web site provided shows the status of my package as "delivered" since October 20th but I haven't received it. I reached customer service but the only solution I've got from them was to reach my local post office. So I did it, and they told me that there was no information about my package with the tracking number provided

Pallets tend to come in with loose or cracked shades. Needs to be something fixed in the near future.

I was very excited for this palette, but unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected :( First, it took forever to ship! But when it finally arrived, the palette was all scratched on the outside and the shadows were very patchy :( This palette has very good reviews, so I’m wondering if I received a bad batch of product
