I think that is an Avarage level, cause the shipping time its too long and in one of my order it was missing items.

My experience with colourpop has be good. I enjoy their products. The only thing is I’ve sent an email twice about being charged 2 times for my order and no one has responded to me.

Доброго дня! Сделала заказ №18164392 21 января, до сих пор не собрали и не отправили. Писала в службу поддержки 2 раза, прождав 15 дней с момента оформления. Приходят автоматические ответы "ожидайте" никакой конкретики - одну неделю, месяц - сколько собственно ожидать. Хочу заметить, делаю заказы в этом магазине уже лет 6 с периодичностью раз в 2 месяца, за 2020 год также 6 заказов сделано - то есть я знаю, как работает магазин во время пандемии, и такого долгого ожидания не было ни разу, максимум 15 календарных дней. Временное помутнение или ухудшение сервиса?....Видимо придется сделать перерыв в покупках в этом магазине на неопределенный срок, пока не нормализуется ситуация в целом. Очень жаль. Good day! My pallate coast to coral missing.. already email but no response

Disappointed with the lip glosses I got. One color was too dark and the other color is perfect. It dries and it clumps up on my lips and looks disgusting. So sad I can’t find good lip gloss anywhere. That doesn’t dry your lips out or dry and clump on the edges of your lips. I used the primer also and it helps the gloss go on nicely but it doesn’t keep it from clumping. I tried using less and then you get an uneven look. Over it.

I've tried to love the palettes, I really have! But I'm disappointed in quality each and every time...I know for 14.00 I'm not getting top quality but they're so chalky and fall out everywhere, even with primer they never last and you have to do about 10 layers for any deep color payout. Maybe I'll try again down the road. I'm also a lipstick addict and I have to say I adore their lipsticks in the gold tubes with the stars! Even the lippie stix are good, a little dry but good! So I stay for the lip colors and other items but the palettes are on my no list.
