They said 30% off sitewide sale. Nowhere on their website could I find the exclusions list. Their brush set was not on sale. And it hasn't shipped yet it's been two weeks already since I placed my order.

I was excited to receive the raw beauty Kristi palette and a few of the other items in the collection and when I received my package it didn’t have the personal card for the collection with the message from Kristi and some of the shades in my palette looked like someone accidentally stuck their long nails in to the pans /: I didn’t want to deal with a return so I just kept it and plan to use it for comparison swatches to other makeup.

Poor packaging. Nice foundation but runs red.

Actually, my purchae was cancelled. No reason given. Whether it was credit card issue or not,I never know. Now Im hesitant to buy from your website.

International delivery very slow. It's take around 1 month also never reach to my country

They shipped someone else’s order to me, when I needed my items for my Halloween costume. Needless to say I didn’t dress up for Halloween because of it. 2 weeks later they got back to me about my order and by then the palette I ordered was out of stock. I am upset with the service. This is the first time they showed poor service, hopefully they are not unprofessional next time.

Shipping time frame is a nightmare, products depending on the line are overpriced for what you get.

I never received my order. Customer service were very good and sent me a refund but I wanted the beautiful makeup I ordered!
