Had some difficulty trying to check the status of my order online. However, once received I was very pleased with my order.

I loved the colours and the packaging of each palette. I also really liked the colour stories off each palette. I had to take one star off however because one of the pallets had 3 scratch marks through the cardboard that transferred onto the actually plastic off the palette lid :(

Most of what I received is absolutely gorgeous and the products are wonderful. I received my box relatively quickly. The reason I am deducting a star is the one pallet wasn’t packed well. I was using a pan color for the first time, and the entire color fell completely out and broke. It was The Child pallet inspired by The Mandelorian. Other than that the products I’ve used so far are fantastic.

Todo estuvo casi perfecto, el envío muy rápido y cuidado, los productos bien empacados. El único detalle fue en los iluminadores de Barbie Malibu que pedí porque los estuches venían bastante sucios y rayados

All the items I purchased were great..just eyeshadow packaging was damaged and eyeshadow were not in good condition.Otherwise pigmentation is strong and best part was barbie beach highlighter.
