Item was never delivered

Have yet to receive my order after almost 2 months of waiting

Cuando hice la compra ponía gastos de envío gratuitos pero cuando vinieron de Correos a hacer la entrega me cobraron 13 euros de gastos de envío. Si lo hubiera sabido antes no habría comprado en Colourpop.

I haven’t received them and I haven’t had any update about my package, I have sent messages to colourpop and I had the answers but they’re not helpful, they told me that DHL has my package and is on transit but there’s no way to find it bc the tracking number colourpop sent me it’s just to track on epostal global

Hice un pedido con envío internacional gratuito, me mandaron la confirmación y cuando pasaron dos semanas me dijeron que no podían confirmar el pago. Así que tendría que hacer el pedido de nuevo sin envío internacional gratuito. Decepcionante.

They said that the schipping was worldwide free. But stil i had to pay taxes. €26

I never received my order.

They cancelled my order without any notification, email, or anything! I just saw my bank statement with the refunded amount. And then they have the audacity to ask for a review. For what! My items that were purchased and to be shipped to me were never received. I just don’t understand how a company can just cancel an order and never alert the customer. It was so unprofessional and I was a newer customer to their brand, but I’ll never buy from them again.
