I bought 3 large palettes. Overall I'm very pleased. However, the shadows themselves are very hit and miss. Some are not as pigmented as I'd like, many of the mattes are pretty chalkey and the glittery ones have some fallout. The color options are varied and you can get many looks out of just one palette. In general I would still recommend.

As for the products, I give 5 stars. However, as far as the ordering process goes, I give it 3 stars. After it had been around two weeks after I placed my order, I contacted them because the order hadn't even shipped. Instead of them apologizing for the delay, they just shipped it. I had to remind them of my order. When I received the order, it was packaged nicely. I would order from them again, as long as I'm not in a hurry to receive it.

All of the makeup products I ordered were actually really amazing ! The pigment and durability throughout the day has been outstanding ! But the eyebrow wax I ordered definitely needs the brush from your site and it was sold out so I really think they should be exclusively sold as a set because no matter what brush or spooly I used I simply could not make it work.

I've heard nothing but great things about Colourpop, so I decided to splurge and buy a little of everything to see for myself. All the products lived up to all the amazing things I've heard and this may have just become my new favorite "go-to" brand. I love makeup/skincare/self-care & self-love, but my expertise/skill level is at a very beginner rank. I enjoy how "easy" everything is to use, the price point is low and there's a LOT to choose from. I feel comfortable working with these products as I get more comfortable with my makeup skills. Plus, their collaborations are all so adorable and are so beautiful, it's something you could collect. (Which I've started to do.) I can't stop with all the positive comments about Colourpop, but the only disappointment was that it did take a very long time for my stuff to arrive.
