My order was perfect but my package got delay and when i try to reach to you 3 times you didn't answer

Waited over a month never received my order. Never received a refund. Contacted customer service and it’s been a week with no reply. It was 2 orders totalling about $500 Canadian dollars I’m now short and they sent me this questionnaire to review my order. Never had this problem before from colour pop, usually their service to Canada is efficient and problem free. Update: they contacted me and offered a one time refund. I’m waiting for the charges to be reversed. It took a while, but they handled it well. Still bummed I won’t be getting the product 😥. Final update: refund issued through PayPal, only took 3 days to land in my account. Let’s chalk this error up to covid shipping chaos. 😷

I love the products I received, but there was a pallet missing from my order. I emailed per the company's instructions and haven't had a response.

My eyeshadow palette has a great set of colors and tones to work with but the packaging does not hold up. After a month of use, three shimmer shadows have already shattered and fallen out. The body oil is beautiful, but the packaging comes lose and makes it hard to pack in a bag because of the leaking.

Love all the colors in the stone cold fox. Only thing that I find is that the color pigment isn’t as strong as I thought it would be. Some of the shadows tent to blend together where you can’t tell there’s a separation or difference. And the shadows seems very powdery. When I tap by brush it the shadow just kind of dust everywhere. Or it seems to breakup real easily. Which also might lead to follow out.

The what a hoot and nook pallets both came with 2 shadows broke (In each pallet), and the cp supershock "balloon pop" came completely shattered. This is not the first time that I have received broken items,,,,its EVERY TIME.

The colors in this palette are beautiful and provide many different looks. My only complaint is that the shadows are very powdery. My other colorpop shadows have never been like this so it’s a little disappointing.

I love the colors I choose for eyeshadow. However, two of the three colors were busted up and broken upon arrival. The mini lip liner set wasn't what I expected. It's a one time use pencil. You can't sharpen them, so on once the tip of the pencil is gone that's it. None of the tops stay on either. I was disappointed in the entire purchase. The color is the only good thing I can say about my first Colorpop order.
