The products are very good but, I didn't receive one item I bought, they told me they give me later, but never happen.

Waiting almost 6 weeks for a delivery, no tracking information and difficult to get it from Colorpop, package never showed, was ‘lost in transit’, first time ordering from the company, won’t be ordering again

Honestly when buying lipstick from a store, I feel like it’s best bought in store than online. When I received my colors, they didn’t fit me the way I thought they would’ve fit my skin tone. Would’ve been better for me to go in store and try to see which one would’ve been better for me!

It’s pretty palette, I love the colors. I wish I was more pigmented. Overall it’s nice

Their return policy is the worst in the industry. They won't even take a defective palette back.

I purchased the child eyeshadow pallet I was so excited and in love with the colors. Went to show it to a friend of mine and one of the colors (the force) fell out of the pan. I never got to try the color. I bought 2 on launch day one for myself and the other to give as a Christmas gift. I am still trying to decide if I want to give the other as a gift or send it back. I don't know if the same thing will happen with the other pallet.

Consistency of eyeshadow not great. Very loose and dusty. Not good coverage. Hard to apply. Colors definately not very vibrant either.

I only gave a two because I had a color crumble out of a palette and have emailed Colourpop weeks ago and have not received any response from them. The makeup is ok but apparently this happened to several People with the Child pallet. The color The Force just crumbled out.
