When launching a new product there should be a limit as to how many a person could buy so other people could purchase especially when it’s limited addition or restock the items. I’m disappointed I couldn’t purchase the hocus pocus collection and bc of that I don’t plan on making purchases anytime soon and I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way bc a lot of people were upset. The company didn’t bother to post an apology not only for making us wait a other day bc the website wasn’t working but for not having enough products for everyone. A lot of people commented how upset they were and no apologies were given

The product was good. The shipping processes is very confusioning. I purchased my items at the same time as everyone else during the raw beauty colab and while others were receiving packages mine had not even been sent out yet. Hard to believe considering everythinf sold out at the same time so how are other packages being processed faster. A whole week of processing should be more upfront. I purchased foundation during this order that wasn't even my color by the time my things arrived. One of my items came broken and it took me over a week to get answers and to get another shipment with a replacement for the broken item. Very disappointing and don't think I will be ordering from this website again.

The product boxes were damaged upon arrival and looked terrible for a gift. Since I ordered the whole set I was expecting a nice presentation as was pictured when I ordered. Also, everything I ordered was 30% before I even received the items and there are no price adjustments. The customer service is horrendous. Very rude and not willing to do anything to make it right. Terrible, terrible business.

I love their products but their customer service is bad and inconsistent. My last order had a missing item and I have yet to receive a reply to my emails. Still waiting.

It's been two months and I still haven't received my products. But I did have to pay duty as much as my order was worth so it got pretty expensive.

I feel like Colourpop misleads customers when they are purchasing online. I was under the impression I was getting a palette holder with my eye shadows - and not just the individual colors in a plastic container. This should be explained clearly on the website when purchasing shadows. And they will not fit in any of the past palettes I've purchased at stores - new ones are too large. Disappointed - and I have pointed this out to customer service.

Orders take forever to ship. The eyeshadows get damaged too, so I am reluctant to buy more.

The products are decent for the money. Not super pigmented, but you get what you pay for. Customer service is an absolute joke though.
