Received a damaged product. They refused to help in any way.

I'm in the UK and only received part of my order. Despite many emails back and forth I'm still out of pocket with no sign of a refund. The customer service is a disgrace and I will make these same comments any chance I get on all of the social media platforms I use! Disgusting.

Its been a month and 8 days since i jave not received my product.. Not satisfied at all..

My purchase was cancelled by the company. I reached out to customer service for an explanation but did not receive one. Never received my money back and have not been contacted back by customer support.

I love your product but you have changed your shipping methods to Canada and they are insanely expensive. Instead of free shipping with a purchase of $60 like it was forever I am now forced to use DHL with excessive charges. I'm really disappointed because I won't order again because of that change.
