I really like how your palettes hold the pans using magnets. Also, the shadows overall are good quality and enjoyable to use. The colors are great and the application is smooth and easy to blend. In addition, I really like how small the particles are. This makes the mattes smooth and the shimmers expensive looking. That's only how I feel about the pure matte and shimmer shades though. On the other hand, I really don't appreciate the mattes with microglitters mixed in or the pressed glitters that are in almost all the palettes. For both of them, the glitters slip through the mediums and fall on my face, and the pressed glitters aren't even eye safe, so why are they even in an eye palette in the first place?? It feels like a waste of space to me and I wish both of these were sold individually or completely taken off because neither I nor anybody I know actually enjoys receiving these. Additionally, products get discontinued fast and restocks take forever because there's too many new releases coming out too frequently, but if you guys are gonna release new products, more duochromes/multichromes and maybe introducing some iridescent shades would be a good idea. TLDR: Get the mattes with microglitters inside of them and the pressed glitters out of palettes already, maybe get rid of them permanently. Also slow down your pace of new releases, but consider more multichrome shades.
