I got the little set of lip liners. Usually with lip liners you can either sharpen them or spin the bottom to get more product. Not with these. You only get the very top point of the lip liner and that’s it. I had to break the bottom to push more product to the top. I don’t recommend buying these. You can spend the same amount of money buying lip liners that will actually last you a while.

Bad skincare products! Good makeup The big reveal resurfacing kit make my skin oilier than ever. But I also received the sailor moon blush and I love it!

I did not receive my item for over a month now very disappointed.

Never received my package in time for Christmas. Colourpop refunded only a partial amount, not full amount paid, very disappointing.

I can not get into my account. I have tried to reset the password and contact Customer Service. But was stuck on hold for 45 minutes. I’m not sure what is even in my order now or when it will arrive. Not the experience I am used to with Colourpop!

Package got returned to sender due to an address mistake. I really wish colourpop had a call line for customer service because the email service takes forever to hear back from. I couldn't get the package because they only offer refunds in which you have to repurchase the items if you still want them. The issue was that my items were sold out. I had to order them minutes after being released in order to ensure I could get them the first time. Just seems like poor costumer service to not have people we can speak directly to. Also bad costumer service to not give me the package I payed for even though you guys got it back (assumingly) undamaged and untouched.

I ordered two items, the avocado milk serum came with a musky/molding smell... I was unable to get a refund or another product. The eyeliner was good quality.

Ordered the big box of lippie stix for my girlfriend as a Christmas present, a lot of the colors were duplicates. That sucked.
