Never received my package and didn’t get any money refound.

Hello, the reason for my low rating is that my package has not arrived yet, I bought it on May 20, on May 24 I was given notice that my package was on its way, but on the tracking page there are no signs that Advance. I know perfectly well that I bought on the day of free and international shipping, which could take a while, besides the fact that I think it is the fault of the parcel companies and not of colourpop in terms of shipping, I can only wait and if it takes longer, request a refund.

Personally I don't think this company deserves any stars. Their website website has CAD pricing but that is not the currency they charged me in. So my billing did not match my expectations. They charged me in USD and that goes against what is shown on the website. When I tried to get the problem rectified. They company would only say that I should deal with my credit card company. When the company shows CAD pricing they should charge that price. This company does not.

I never received my order. My credit card has been charged , i was sent the tracking link only after I followed up, and i never received it. Wheb I followed up again with ColorPop they said they cannot help and that I should contact my local post office. It is better to get the products through retailers.

I have not received my order yet and i tried contacting them for help and they dont even contacted me back.

Hear A Buyers Beware Tale Hello curious one, Don’t buy from color pop directly unless they hand you a shipping number. Which is not guaranteed in the slightest. Why? Well, here’s the tea: So I bought a bunch of stuff off the site and it still hasn’t even arrived. It’s been over a month and I haven’t got word of a tracking number or anything. All of the things I got are just gone and I spent money literally on nothing. I just threw my money away and I have no one else to blame but myself. So if you’re thinking of buying from color pop directly—don’t. Go to ulta, morphe or better yet, Juvia’s Place because they will send you a tracking shipping number with your order. Yes, it takes time but it’s better than not receiving nothing at all. I’ve looked into reaching out to customer service but I can’t find anything so I’m just going to scrape this loss and pour one out. But yeah, buyer beware. TL;DR: don’t buy things from color pop directly unless you get a shipping number from them because things go “missing” yet your account gets charged. Good luck contacting customer service.
