Products were great - only downside was that VERY soon after I placed my order, the items I purchased were significantly discounted. I wish there was a way to credit the difference if an unadvertised sale/markdown happened within a set time frame. The stickers that came in the pack were a little rumpled too, but nothing a few hours under a heavy book couldn’t fix!

Everything was good but I was expecting the items to be a bit bigger. It’s not a bit problem for the price but it would be nice if the photos reflected that.

Love the palettes however some are more pigmented than others

I live in France but i realy wanted to try ColourPop products. My 1st order arrived and almost everything was ok. The products are so cute and pigmented. I love them. But a palette i've ordered had been replaced by smthg else i didn't order and of course it's impossible (and normal) to ask a special shipment for such a small thing. So they propose to reimburse me the product, which i really appreciated. But i knew i'd place other orders so they offer a voucher instead. And few weeks later placed my 2nd order and all went fine. I've tested a bit of everything : some eyeshadow palettes, Malibu Barbie, Wine, Honey, Squeeze, Trance.. they are so pigmented spec Barbie one ; lashes abs over cute, pink mascara didn't like that one, liner perfect for waterline, freckles pen, glitters.. omg they are insane ♡ Also the packaging of the products is absolutly over cute.

Love the products, but wish they would keep popular ones or staple products in production. Seems like everything is limited edition and everything I like is always sold out.

I love the color and texture so much. I would give it five stars but it has a weird smell to it. I still use it but don’t love the smell. It seems to fade after a bit or o wouldn’t use it but great color. Ordering was easy and fast.
