Love the company and products..ordered 5 different color mascaras that £ have biought elsewhere before. These were awful..dry..clumpy etc..

Very nice products but it takes to long time before it ships from Colourpop.

I loves their products but on a recent order I was missing an item and despite contacting custom service multiple times they didn't get back to me. I'm very disappointed in their customer service and will most likely not order again despite the cheep good quality products. I can't bring myself to pay for items I won't receive.

Wonderful products. Colourpop is one of my favorite makeup brands. My only complaint is that I have ordered from them 3 times and 2 orders have had shipping issues. Also when they issued a replacement they gave me damaged products and replacements are non returnable. Great makeup but please have enough respect to your customers to issue a sound replacement.

I ordered a few palettes and the color completely fell out of one and numerous others had defects. Colourpop only replaced one palette. After waiting weeks to get.

My first Colourpop purchase. Great price! Website needs better photos of products and swatches. Some of the shades in my pallette weren't great. So much fallout with application. No mirror in the pallette is a bummer. I would definitely recommend it for the price.

The palette itself is beautiful, however one of the shades was broken when I received it. They sent a replacement and that same shadow was broken.

I love Colourpop as a brand. Everything is super cute at an affordable price point. It is marketed very well, and even the boxes used to ship have exceptional design that really wows the consumer. HOWEVER. It is absolutely unacceptable to market items that are not safe for the eye area to younger demographics as eyeshadow or “shadow” palettes. Nobody cares if it’s a pigment or a shadow. I make sure to check every single palette before I buy it. No $10 palette is cute enough to risk anyone’s health over, especially in a country where this can cost naive consumers thousands of dollars. This seems to be a recent trend, but really needs to change and is very disappointing. I hope to see Colourpop improve this.
