The colored eye liners that I received are completely garbage. When I went o open the white liner the whole liner came out and it’s so hard on the skin and crumbled. Truly disappointed. I don’t know if I received a bad batch or what but I do not like the quality. The eye shadows however were nice and pigment of each shadow is beautiful.

I paid for my products when I got them one thing was missing. They told me they would give credit I just wanted what I paid for. I asked to have it sent she said no they’ll give a one time refund. I didn’t want a refund just what I ordered. If they can send me what I ordered I will continue being a customer.

The quality of the palette and shipping were both sub par. The service is b grade at best. Then I guess so are their prices. But I really did want to like them.

The selection of gel eyeliners is unsatisfactory if I want to order individual colors. In addition, I ordered a kit if eyeliners and several of them had the crayon part fall out when I opened them. The quality of the liner is good but the delivery system is defective.

Package still hasnt come I wish i could write a review of the product but i cant. Ive made my first order from cp on the 24th november, it got shipped out on the 15th december, today is the 5th of january and the package is blocked at the local distribution center :/ i really dont know what to do, i mean its been over a month
