I did NOT receive my order

Never got my package. It also said it wasn't delivered

Three of four eye palattes, which were purchased as gifts, arrived broken.

When I did payment in website, I’ve received email that my payment is successful. And They did detect my money from bank. But next a few days later, they send me an email that my transition isn’t successful. I thought I’m getting my orders and I was really excited. But it never came and some more, I haven’t even received the refunds until now. It’s been over a month already.

Terrible!!!

You all canceled my order instead of reaching out to see if their was something else you could send or keeping you website up to date with amounts/prices.

Every order I tried to get got cancelled. No...I will not be using your product ever again. And wrote so to customer service. Keep telling me I kept getting flag as fraud or some crap like that. BS

I ordered the Lippie stick box which contains 48 lipsticks. They arrive and 30 of them seemed to be used. Contacted support who eventually sent me a replacement set. The replacement set also arrived with around 12 lipsticks in used condition. Was told I can’t have a full refund even though I have offered to send the products back on multiple occasions. This company clearly has poor quality control and I would expect better hygiene control from a make up company. This is the first and last time I’ll be ordering from colourpop.
