I love most of the collection, but the single eyeshadow came broken :( not sure if it was supposed to look like that

Shipping took extremely long and customer service wasn't helpful in addressing my concerns about my packages whereabouts Tracking didn't really work either

it took forever to get here

im upset that i made an order for your hallucinogenius jelly much shadow - and a few other pieces and you sent me my order with out this in it a 2 shadow where missing. u did refund me money but now i gotta wait and pay again / and shipping fee as well. im Canadian so it cost me a few penny's more then being American. and im on the email waiting list for it to come back in stock but the question is.. is it worth it now? what if it happen again,. i order it run out but i was the list but dont get it.. ??

I gave you three stars simply because of you processing! You took my payment out immediately and then took a week to process and ship! You warned me about shipping times but that’s not an excuse to take forever to process esp when you got your money immediately! Products are great that’s the reason I keep buying! Just learned to give myself time and not need anything fast!

My order was dispatched late also one of my pallete came broken. I didn't like there delivery service at all.

When my package arrived it was soaked and open and the pallete had cracked in a few colors
