I ordered my things before Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. Not only that, but it has been stuck in the UK from December 19. The tracking site is very poorly made. I hope it arrives soon.

I should have just avoided the sale, but I was so enticed. The face wash is nice, but the lippies are incredibly drying, even with a color pop clear lippie prep stick underneath. And the eyeliner I wanted was sold out so i thought I'd try the gel and god, it doesn't come off with makeup remover but still manages to smear all over the place. Gingerly put it on your top lid, and there's a chance it'll move to your bottom lash line.

Ordered it received it when it came it was cracked and Broken 😢

I love colourpop. Quality and impact in their products but the customer service team was extremely lackluster when my package never arrived. Told me to keep contacting UPS but UPS told me I needed to get in contact with Colourpop. Extremely disappointed with the lack of effort on the customer service end. That being said though, I still love this brand so much and will still be purchasing from them in the future most likely.

Extremely long shipping time, does not give status updates when requested. Product was okay but they shouldn't normalise more than a month of shipping time

All my make up products was open and swatch when it arrives to me!

Snygga paletter dock dålig kundtjänst. Väntat på två paletter i över 1 månad nu och kundtjänst är inte alls intresserade av att försöka hjälpa till att spåra det, dom tog lång tid på sig att svara när jag försökte kontakta dom

Was sent a broken palette got it replaced and was sent another broken one
