I waited two weeks for the package. I feel it’s too long. The product I loved.

Freckle pen is cute i buy it often, shipped fast etc but you get less stars bc you keep sending me annoying emails i didnt subscribe to just bc i bought something off your site

The Citrine You & Me eyeshadow was already broken before sent to me.

Used to LOVE colourpop. Something has changed with their eyeshadow formula in the Heavy Metal pallet. The pigment wouldn't stay on my lifs even with the same primer routine and product for years and it is going on funny...not liking whatever the change was..needs to be fixed.

The majority of the makeup I received consisted of over the top, theatrical, unwearable colors. Yellow eyeliner? Fuscia eye shadow? Rusty brick lip gloss? I mean knew there would be some duds - it was a mystery box after all - but only a clown or an enterprising three year old could make use of the nonsense in this box. To make matters worse, the shipping was ludicrous. It took almost three weeks to arrive. I paid for shipping - it wasn’t free- but I’m pretty sure ColourPop sent the package to China before having it shipped to me. That I’m even give this order three stars is for the following reasons: 1. It was a mystery box so I guess so the crappy, neon joke of a color selection is technically on me. 2. The makeup, while ludicrous and unusable, does seem to be high quality and well formulated. 3. I won’t have to purchase any additional cosmetics for the Halloween clown costume I now have planned for later this year.

I am 53 years old and some of the items I received in the box were to childish. I know it was a mystery box but, I would hope in the future they will keep all ages in mind.

I loved the packaging and all my products were intact but the delivery date kept getting delayed
