I have not got my package…

I haven’t received yet.

I ordered a complete collection and there was items missing from the collection, when I asked to have them shipped I was told I could have a credit towards other items as my missing items were no longer available. I now do not have the complete collection and that is very disappointing. At the same time I ordered other items to ship with this collection and they also did not arrive, I was also told that I could re-order these items if I wanted but that they would also not be sent out. Very disappointed in my entire experience and will probably not order anytime soon if I do order again.

My palette was not new but with finger prints on every pans. I was really disappointed. I ordered the all twilight collection which is expensive, to receive finally used products!

Quality of products. My eyeshadow palette had scratches (in the eyeshadows), and the edges around the pressed pigments were messy. The eyeliners I got (twilight collab) were watery and lacked pigment. The packing of the bronzer I got is not user-friendly and is very difficult to open (with or without nails). While the formulations of everything (besides the eyeliner) was good, the packaging or product’s appearance were not what was expected. For paying $99 for a full collab collection, I’d expect the eyeshadows to be in perfect condition, with no scratches and to be clean around the edges. I’d expect the eyeliners from the same collection to be pigmented. I bought other things as well, such as liquid lipsticks, powder blush, and a bronzer. One of the lipsticks I received looks overfilled and the product oozes out. Instead of keeping it (since the lipstick product was already out of the tube), I threw it away because I worried of contamination. I didn’t and still don’t want to deal with the hassle of a refund, so I kept the products. I know color pop is popular for having good quality at an affordable price, but I really feel that I paid for what I got — cheap packaging & bad quality control for a cheap price.

The parcel was lost and the items have sold out since. At least they refunded me quickly

The colored mascaras really don’t show pigment/color. The wine, red, teal & purple are all pretty much duds.
