No ticket, No Communication, Overpriced.
Do not use this website at all - it is overpriced and you may not get your ticket. Couldn't give it a zero star. We paid for the Colosseum & Palatine hill a couple of days in advance but never received the tickets. On the day of the ticket we asked at the Colossuem for help they said that this was a third party company, not an official ticket company so they could not help. Both my wife and I messaged the company on both Whatsapp numbers, called them and emailed. We had no response at all. In the end we did not get to visit the Colosseum or Palatine hill. We did however get a refund however there was no apology or communication from the company - they need to improve on customer service. I would not recommend using this website as the prices they advertise are massively inflated with no benefit to the customer.
