Post Edit: They Later refunded me but it was just because I pressed on them so much and later gave an ultimatum before I filed a report and chargeback which would've given the company badrep / evidence in case someone sues them in the future, and then they magically refunded me when I woke up the next day. I was kinda optimistic for this site as it looked cool so I planned to spend like $2000 originally but due to that I didn't buy anything else other than the $250 bundle and $1 newcomer I got. *** Ghosted for 2 weeks so I'm posting this again after having been gaslighted to taking it off. This company is completely sketchy and untrustworthy, when you are planning to spend hundreds-thousands of dollars I would just avoid. Luckily I found out how shitty their company was BEFORE I spent thousands, but they've completely ghosted me for about 2 weeks now, been gaslighted / ghosted 3 times now that they'll get to it, and everytime they responded misleadingly with obviousness that they never meant to do it and hope you just push off. I literally caught them a few times saying lies, they even have more than one refund email, and neither of them work. They even banned me from contacting them on their website I'm pretty sure as I can no longer contact them through the chat, I didn't even curse at them!!! I just asked for a refund and saying their ghosting me... which they still A.R.E! Worst part about all this is I permentantly lost access to the course I PURPOSELY DIDNT TOUCH!!! As you only get refund that way!!! But now I don't have the course at all, I never even touched it, and I didn't get my money back--- and OHHHHHH don't forget the completely FALSE ADVERTISING and Purposely Not Stating Important Info That A Course Is Temporary!!!!!!!!! Not PERMENANT??? They even had the audacity to later add a tiny blended in ui color words in a very easy to miss spot on the event page after I kept pressing them. This company is just so sketchy on so many levels. I'm glad I found this out before I spent thousands on courses which I originally planned to do before this happened, so I only got the event ones. Their site is also really awful in communicating things and its severely misleading such as their advertising on both the site and ads that bring you to it, and it's on purpose. This is also a Korean company transitioning to global it seems, and I feel like they are just using ai translations maybe due to lack of communications and things that are misleading. They use AI TRANSLATIONS!!!! And you are paying FULL PRICE PREMIUM FOR COURSES NOT EVEN IN ENGLISH BUT AI TRANSLATED ENG SUBTITLES!!!!!!!! Like holy shady black company. The biggest thing I'm tilting about is that nowhere in their Welcome event did it state that these courses ownership are LIMTED TIME ONLY?! And only for 7 days!!! SEVEN DAYS!! It's crazy. And they purposely set up the refund so its awkward to do- off site, and you also now permanently lose that welcome event as they won't give it back. But again, the biggest worrywort is that these SOME classes are LIMITED TIME OWNERSHIP, and it's NOT COMMUNICATED IF THEY ARE!!! None of their big flashy ui trying to get you to buy a course mentions if its limited time only, and now I can't trust this site at all frankly as I was about to buy the more expensive bundle but didn't as I'm scared it is limited time only too. Every other online course site I've ever used you OWN IT PERMENANTLY!! But not everything on here. It says s o m e are permanent, but due to their misleading advertising you don't know what is not until you already paid basically. Another example of how sketchy the site is, is an ad showing buy courses for $13, but its only for $250 in bundles you can't edit. The $13 is the only thing shown on all the advertisements blasts. No where did it mention $250. They don't even tell you courses are permenant access- which you again would assume any online course site is, but this tells you without explaining things to new people first coming to the site. So much false advertising. Lots of the courses on here seem to be raw Korean too, and I really feel like theyre just using ai translations for everything so I can't really trust if these course I'm buying at a premium for their full price despite not being English and only containing subtitles actually being accurate either. You'd expect those to at least be discounted compared to the ones that have actual english speakers. Btw I'm pretty sure their Discord server also occasionally flood chats with pr staff advertising to push away bad parts. People doing this too have Again I'll change my rating/review later if they RESPOND & REFUND but man this site is sketchy :/ Worst part is this is all over a $1 but that was the gatekeep from me spending about $2000 instead of $250, so thank f-n god I found how shitty TEMP ACCESS and their Support/Company was.

I love the course I bought. Of course the player is horrible, if you get 10 hours of content, expect it to be 14 hours simply because of the buffering. I understand piracy concerns, however if you have a concern of thief's, then you get security, you don't strip search everyone who comes into the store. The course content is good. It is really expensive but the artists and buyers are niche so I can defend that with reassurance most of the money goes to the artist. But as I said, your going to waste hours on a course simply because of the buffering.

Overall, the courses are both expensive and I learn nothing from them. It's the total waste of investment that I have ever made in a few years. The instructors do not know how to teach in the right way; their presentations are all messed up (Called it beginner level but skip most of the beginner-level explanation). Project management is also a mess: bad file naming, bad arrangement, bad optimisation practices. Coloso is just a place for these "artists" to show off their skills and provide no value to the students at all. I think YouTube is a much better alternative than this bull. It's free and does not cost you $180 for a trash course. Lastly, I want to conclude that Coloso is such a waste of money, at least for me. I gained nothing from it; they called themselves "veteran" industry professionals, but in reality, they are just doing the same bad practices/mistakes that beginners make. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

While I don’t think this company is a scam, it’s certainly a mess. I’ve purchased two very expensive tutorials from them and can’t even access them because apparently I “reached the three device limit” trying to use the iPad I always use + my usual laptop?? I reached out a week ago with no response. For a $100+ service it’s RIDICULOUS to not actually be able to access it on your own devices AND for them to be this incompetent when it comes to customer service. They have great people submitting lessons on their website, if only they could get it together long enough to at least deliver if they’re not gonna price reasonably instead of obsessing over restricting content in case someone plagiarizes. You’re better off using Skillshare, Proko, or Udemy. They’re streamlined, easy to use, AND actually work with assurances that they’ll respond to customers. - Butter Bubbles

I messaged support whether they could provide me with a business expense invoice. I provided them with the address and haven't heard back from them in almost 2 MONTHS. Even after multiple reminders. Their courses aren't exactly cheap so I would expect better customers service.

I bought an illustration course and everything is wonderful; I haven't had any problems with the video player.

Their player is garbage. I tried watching the same video on two different browsers, one in desktop and mobile mode. It said I tried to watch on more than three registered devices (same account, same phone) and wouldn't let me. Their support chat simply does not function. You only have the ability to select from predetermined "questions". there is no actual help or support for the issue I'm having. What's more is the course was almost $300

This is the worst e learning company ive used. First they have a global site but chatting for customer service is only available from 3am. Second emailed them 4 times and didn't get a single reply. I absolutely don't recommend getting anything from them. Worst company...
