Used Colourwow shampoo and conditioner for around 2 months, my hair started to drastically fall out (never happened before!!) and went brittle and snapped. I didn’t put two and two together at first thought it was stress but immediately after stopping using the products by hair stopped falling out. I’ve had to have my hair cut to above my shoulders to try and revive it. I’m furious and gutted. Spoken with a friend who has been having the same problem, and she’s been using Colourwow too. She stopped last week and it’s already stopped falling out. How can they get away with this?!

I have baby fine perfectly straight see through hair. I tried the extra large bombshell volumnizer. The first time I tried it I thought I used too much. My hair wouldn’t even curl! It looked greasy. I tried it a second time and barely used any and got exactly the same results. My hair and scalp are usually dry to normal. Usually mousse gives my hair great volume. This was awful!

Wasn’t as good as expected but did find it helped with anti frizz throughout my he day and my daughters hair is really curly

Please avoid using this product (dreamcoat) unless you want to risk your hair falling out in handfuls! I had really healthy blonde hair and only used this 3 times when my hair went dry and brittle and ultimately started falling out. It’s been around 6 weeks and I can’t put any heat on my hair and it is still falling out when I wash it or even touch it. It looks like a frizzy mess and I can’t get my colour done as it’s so fragile. I can’t believe the amount of damage caused in using it for such a short amount of time. For anyone with the same problem I am using redken acidic bonding treatment, Moroccan oil hair mask, pureology colour fanatic leave in conditioner and then olaplex oil everyday in the ends. It’s still really dry and damaged but those products are starting to make a bit of a difference. I know it’s hair and will grow back but it’s made me feel really sad and anxious and I wouldn’t want anyone else feeling like this if it could be avoided!

Honestly, these products are such a con. I bought the 3 minute miracle hoping it would tame my frizz and not only did it do nothing but it made my hair sticky and product heavy. Absolutely would NOT recommend buying. Very disappointed with the waisted money

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My hair has been falling out rapidly for the past month since using the colour wow dream coat!! I’m so so scared and don’t know what to do! They won’t give me refund for the damage caused. I’m literally scared I’m going to be bald - my hair has NEVER fallen out in my life!!

Completely damaged my hair I went from beautiful shoulder length hair and after using for 6 months I now have really short hair! Do not buy if u value ur hair! If u buy it make sure u have enough money for a decent wig. U think I’m joking!

The customer service is non existent. My order was short by two products and I have been trying for a week to get in touch with someone. I have called on 4 different days and no one is ever there. It always says they are closed. Email did no good either. I will be cancelling my entire payment if they do not reach out to me today. I am done.
