ColorWareReviews of colorware.com

The colors on my switch 2 controller are fantastic. And it works great! Thank you once again Colorware for a great product! My only complaint is that when fedex delivery was used they sent my controller to my neighbor’s house thankfully I was able to get them back from my neighbor house. Just wish fedex was better delivery service. But the controller works and looks amazing thank you!

I ordered an DualSense Edge for my PS5 I received it 3 weeks after my order. The controller came out way better than I expected price was steep but fair for all the labor they do as to stripping the whole controller down putting several layers of paint, sealer and putting back together. I have a bunch of concepts I want to try, I just wish they kept the option of ordering console plates separately as well but they removed that option and now we must buy a whole system.

I have just recieved my custom PS5 controller today and was horrified to find that the actual package was already beaten and morphed beyond shape. Hoping that nothing happened to the inside content I opened it up and was shocked to find that the actual product was already broken with a piece laying in the packaging and the actual case of the controller already cracked. I have sent an email to the company today regarding the product to be repaired if not, a full refund being provided as this was something my siblings were looking forward to. I am glad that I did not purchase multiple controllers as I would have been beyond furious if all of them came back broken. I would not recommend and will update my review to see what ColorWare action. EDIT: I have just received my package and was delighted that everything was in working order and the quality of the product being nice. Very pleased with the outcome, with the only negative being the wait time
