Love the product but if you have a…
Update 05.08.26 Customer Service eventually reached out to me. I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS so hopefully they will arrange a more accessible service experience. Love the product but if you have a question or issue and send a message to them, you WILL NOT hear back. No text option or phone number to reach out to them. It’s too bad.
