I had a Color the World color, Heartfelt, that was getting old and I re-ordered because I liked its raspberry hue. Instead of raspberry, the color “Heartfelt” is closer to tangerine. I searched all over for a customer service contact and all I got were pages of FAQs. I will never buy another lipstick from them.

WASTE OF MONEY! I've been ordering the same color lipstick for several years now, but this time I received a color that was completely different than what I'd ordered previously. It was so neutral it didn't even show up on my lips. Contacted customer service and basically got a SORRY, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. This was their response: We completely understand that changes to a favorite product can be unexpected. We're truly sorry to hear the current formula isn't what you were hoping for. Please know that every update we make is driven by our commitment to quality, comfort, and clean ingredients—especially for the needs of women 40+. Our current formula was designed to improve long-term hydration, reduce feathering even more, and enhance the creamy, smooth feel our customers love. That said, every lip is different—and what works beautifully for one person may feel different to another. I recently bought a lipstick from Color the World. Having bought before and liking it, I was looking forward to getting it. What was my surprise when I tried it and found it extremely dry and lacking pigment. Not the same formula any more and no one to talk to.

Absolute garbage

I was given a discount code but it wasn't automatically added. When I told them about it, they stated they don't honor discounts after the purchase is made. The lipstick shades I received , were not as described and a completely different shade than promised. They would not stand behind their product and did not offer an exchange or refund.

I have been using Color the World Lipstick - color Empowered for about 8 years. (since I discovered them) It was my perfect tone - mauve with a very slight under tone of lavender. I recently ordered three tubes of it and #1 - they have small raised bumps all over (never had that before) & #2 - when applied it has no color. It looks like a nude or like I have lipgloss on.(all three tubes) I reached out to the company and they said the bumps are fine because it’s natural & they are sorry the color is not what I hoped for. I would have thought they would stand behind their product but they do not. I will never purchase from them again and I warn everyone - they don’t care about quality of their product.

The full ingredients list is not easily found on their website and they are not all natural as advertised. They refuse to do a return due to allergies I have to some of the very unnatural ingredients.
