Paint Coverage
I bought 3 gallons of Colorhouse Paint, Eggshell. Thrive .03 thru Amazon after reviewing an advertisement in Good Housekeeping. 1. The ad said that the paint could be used on furniture. The can said not to use the paint on furniture, cabinet or floors. The Customer is left to figure out what to do 2. The paint requries 2 to 3 coats to cover a wall. The first coat dries to a yellow background tink For the price of the paint and the inability to cover I do not recommend anyone purchasing the paint. This is true case of buyer beware!

Hi Charles Thanks so much for taking time to leave a review. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we're sorry you had a less that awesome experience! When in doubt about any painting project, please feel free to contact us directly for expert advise! We'd like to learn more about your project to help understand what may have gone wrong with the coverage issue, and how we can make this right for you. Typically darker and more intense hues like THRIVE .03 would require 2 coats for complete coverage. Please email us at [email protected] or call 877.493.8276 Ext 106 I think the ad you saw was a pop up ad for our products, but was not intended as an ad for painting furniture. Because our paint is Zero voc and has no chemical solvents, we don't recommend it for furniture, cabinetry and floors. It is not a tough enough finish for that application.
