The picture of Sugarloaf Mountains and Guanabara Bay is mesmerizing. If you look from near, it is pixelated. However, from far, the panoramic view is breathtaking. I only wished I bought a bigger size but the price jumps are quite expensive. Overall, love it and just wish I had a bigger one. The company promised delivery would take time and it did, but I appreciate the upfront update. Quality art for my new apartment!

Horrible service! I placed an order on June 23, 2021. It said it would take 7 days to fulfill the order. I knew that when I ordered it. Today is August 4th, 2021 and I still do not have the picture. My e-mail has a "track order with Shop" button that is 0 help. Then, I found below that button I could click the tracking number. Turns out the thing ships from China. All I get is "flight departed" but doesn't say from where going to where-just "departed". It does appear that the package has been all over the Xiamen Province of China. Steer clear of these folks!

I was so disappointed canvass was a terrible quality colours were faded. We send it back costing us 60 us. It was way over priced For the quality of the product. After we sent it back we were waiting to be reimbursed but in vain. We used the tracking number and we were surprised to find out that it was at the post office for 17 days and it was left there at the customers request( tiaracle). When we emailed them notifying that we are going to take action then they agreed and reinbused us.
