Weak brackets
Cool map, but the hanging brackets are held on by weak glue. one came off so I reglued that one back on and then the other side fell off then.

Hello Caleb, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the hanging brackets. We’re glad you like the map itself, but we understand how frustrating it is when the mounting parts do not perform as expected. This is not the experience we want our customers to have. We would be happy to help resolve this for you. Please contact us with your order details, and we will assist you with replacement mounting parts or any support you need to securely install your map. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our products and service. Colorfulworlds Team

Looks great, falls apart
The map itself looks great, but the mounting system is poorly designed. My original panel fell three separate times, and the replacement panel has now failed as well. The adhesive and backing blocks used to mount the panel are not strong enough to support the weight of the product long-term. It’s disappointing because the map is beautiful, but the construction quality does not match the price. I would not recommend it unless the mounting system is redesigned.

Beware of Wall Texture before purchasing
I originally loved it, but after it falling 3 times and breaking in a 6-month span, I am disappointed. I was told that because my walls have a texture, there's nothing they can do about it. All of my walls in my house are textured, so, there's no point in trying to put it back together and placing back on the wall.

Hi Migdalia, we’re sorry to hear that the piece did not stay securely on your textured wall. extured surfaces can affect adhesion, but we still appreciate your feedback and would like to review your case again to see how we can help with a fair solution. Please contact us with your order details so we can assist you further.
