Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. The package is missing one stencil. One of the pieces is warped and the stickers are all stuck to the inside of the envelope and not usable. I have reached out by email and no response. I finally reached out by instagram and they keep saying they have not heard from their team. At this point its been about a week and no resolution.

We did reply to your emails, but it seems our responses may not have reached you or may have been missed. We apologize for the communication gap. Regarding your order, we are sorry that some parts were damaged during transit and that the package arrived with missing and unusable items. We will send you the missing stencil, the damaged piece, and new double-sided tapes so you can complete your installation properly. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will do our best to make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible.
