Ordered two pairs of leggings to Sweden. It took over a month for them to arrive from the purchase date, while contact with support was disappointing. The first tracking number did not work. They told me they lost it. They sent it again with different colours, but it took over 20 days to update, and the tracking information came from an unofficial PostNL website. One day, I got notified by the customs office that a package had arrived, and I had to pay VAT + processing fees. Origin: China. The leggings finally arrived. The quality is decent, especially for the price paid. I don't think I will order again, though, mainly due to them not being clear about their processes.

Horrible communication. They will respond to your first email letting you know that they're going to resolve your issue but never actually do anything about it. If you ever need to contact their customer service, good luck. Edit: I'm changing my one star review to three stars because they ended up resolving my issue but it was done still with no communication. I just received my package in the mail without any response to my emails.

They look good but a bit uncomfortable. I love the color but too soon to speak of durability and “squat proof”. I’m all about comfort but know many don’t care. They look good and give the 🍑 a rounder look. I think I could’ve done a medium. I’ve put on weight so I’m not really a small anymore but that’s what I ordered. That said it was really hard to pull over my legs (which are kind of muscular but not overly). I’m 5’3 and 130.

I placed an order with them on 29th of April 2020. It is the 30th of June today and I still haven't received my items. I emailed their customer service and was told it was shipped on 4th of May and dispatched on 28th of May and might be delayed due to the Covid restrictions. After that my follow up emails have gone unanswered. I have waitied an additional month, today is the 30th of June and no package yet. Their social media team on instagram claim they can't help and to email their customer service. They delete any negative comments Ieft on their page following up on my order. Definitely do not recommend shopping via their direct website. At this point I just want a refund! Edit : They finally refunded me the entire amount in the first week of July. Hoever on the 20th of July 3 months after I placed the order the package finally arrived. I contacted them them to offer to repay the refunded amount, but they told me it was not necessary. The leggings though, are really great quality and feel fantastic. I wish the shipping experience had been a bit better because after recieving these I really wish I could order more.
