I’m honestly extremely disappointed with Colorfulkoala. I’ve owned several pairs of your leggings for YEARS and they were some of my absolute favorite leggings, I wore them constantly and never had an issue with them. That’s exactly why I felt comfortable buying more. Unfortunately, the two newer pairs I purchased have BOTH ripped while I was simply pulling them up. I wasn’t working out in them, I wasn’t snagging them on anything, and I wasn’t doing anything unusual. They literally ripped while I was putting them on. After spending money on leggings that I expected to last, having TWO pairs do this is incredibly frustrating. What makes this even more disappointing is that I tried contacting Colorfulkoala directly about the issue and have gotten absolutely no response. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable, I just want someone to actually acknowledge the problem and help me figure out what can be done. I genuinely loved this brand and recommended these leggings because my older pairs held up so well. That’s why it’s especially frustrating to see such a huge difference in quality with the newer pairs AND then be completely ignored when I reach out for help. @colorfulkoala I really hope someone actually sees this and gets back to me, because I’d much rather resolve this directly than just stop buying from a brand I used to love.

There is no way to edit or cancel an order, and multiple attempts to contact the business go unanswered

I tried to contact Colorful koala to return a pair of leggings. These are not sized correctly and my order or email are not where to be found. Horrible service! DO NOT waste your time and purchase from this company!

Bought a pair of legings for Christmas. Wife didn't like them, and I tried to institute a return. N o contact after multiple attempts. The site says I have the wrong order number or email when I cipied the order number straight from the confirmation email after the sale. Got to their csocial media branch, who did return a message but said they have nothing to do with the customer service branch and to keep trying. This is abysmal service!

Horrible customer service!! I made 2 orders with their direct site. Each order was missing an item when I received them. I have contacted their customer service (you can only contact via email) twice within the last 4 weeks. I have yet to get a response. I feel like I was duped out of approximately $50 - $60.
