All was well with the process but the quality of the purse I bought was not that great. I have bought several in the past and you must have changed manufacturers. The fabric was thinner and the bottom of the purse did not have the stiff covered piece to keep it open. I think it cost a little less too, but I would rather pay a little more for the quality I used to get.

Hello, this print was available in multiple sizes. The manufacturer does not change the size of an item after it goes into production so you must have purchased a larger style previously. Hope that helps!

You didn't send my order then when you refunded me, it doesn't go into my bank account as refunded. This is distressing. I love your products and I'm disappointed that it hasn't worked out this time and I'm disappointed that I'm having this kind of difficulty that is so distressing. You have been wonderful in the past.

Hello, we emailed you multiple times requesting your apartment number. You live in a large apartment complex and did not provide a valid apartment number. Sorry! We had this packed in our shop and waited about a week before we decided it was best to process a refund. It seemed you were not receiving our emails :(
