Decent products but poor customer service. As with the other reviews, one of the products I ordered (3 in 1 balm) was due to expire within less than 12 months. I contacted customer service but received no response. I decided to just use the product - I don't know whether it'll be used up before the expiration date. Given the steep price point of some of these products, you would expect much better from the company.
