Terrible experience with the refund process. I returned my Colorescience products two months ago, and despite sending multiple emails, I still have not received my refund. Their stated return-processing timeframe is 5–8 business days after receiving the return. (Colorescience⁠) Very disappointing customer service. I just want my money returned for products I already sent back.

Im so disappointed it made my skin looks so cakey. Also the shades are too warm/orange. expensive products for what ?!

Lying to their customers. When you call their number their phone message never tells you that you they never ever answer the phone. After 2 minutes and 35 seconds it says that you can email them. After calling several times and waiting several times, I sent an email asking if they ever answer the phone. Part of the response was “the team handling phone availability is best suited to confirm the best way to connect”. Next, when I received an email from a human (no name at the bottom) it stated “we do work off email”. Another email said “the phone is an opportunity to leave messages”. So then why the hold time with music? Why don’t they just say that? (Again no name on the email). So they make you think that their customer service agents are busy speaking to other customers while they make you wait, which is not true. Deceptive. I called back several times. They wasted my time and played with my head. They are lying and playing games. Guessing they think that is fun I asked a couple of times the name of the person that was sending the email, and I asked a couple of time for a supervisor. The person replied with an answer about my order. I never asked about my order. The agent finally responded and said her name was Paula G. Paula responded with: “I will share this request “wiht” my manager.” Wiht? You have to agree to their privacy statement (no options) in order to log in. I sent an email about privacy to someone at some other company as directed by their website the other day. Jason@ dualsided…So far no response. Extremely hard for me to believe they are in the United States, much less California. I think Colorscience uses robots in a small village in China or some other country for their customer service agents. This is a luxury brand charging luxury prices. Some of their sunscreens are $60. So according to their price point, they are similar to the luxury company Neiman Marcus. Would Neiman Marcus treat their customers this way? Would Target? Of course not. Yet this is how they value their customers.

Mais quelle mauvaise foi. Ils m"accusent d'avoir ouvert et utilisé un produit alors que c'est entièrement faux. Cela leur évite un remboursement . De plus ils me proposent d'aller en institut alors qu'il n'y en a pas un seul en wallonie. Bref ils m'ont pris pour une idiote. A fuir

Disappointed with this website. The customer service phone number is not responding, almost the same applies to WhatsApp or the site. I choose to buy on other sites where they are happy to help

So disappointing. I ordered an SPF (glow)and it was tiny-tiny bottle for the money. It said it just leaves the skin luminous. No - it doesn't - it's like a medium foundation. I'm pale and it looked like dark tan on me. Not only wouldn't they take it back as it wasn't as described, but they also didn't know if it could be mixed with their other white SPF and wouldn't refund. Won't be buying from them again. Terrible customer service. Items are overpriced, and certainly no good if you are fair-skinned. They also removed my 1 star review from their website, so be aware the reviews on there are biased!

WARNING: Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased [matte and blush] expecting high-quality, premium items, but everything I received was expired. When I contacted customer service, they were pushy, unhelpful, and offered only inconvenient solutions. To make matters worse, the prepaid return label they sent had already expired, causing further delays and frustration. This company clearly does not value their customers or ensure product quality, despite charging a premium. I will never order from them again. If you care about your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Paid £100 and still not got my delivery as DHL keep lying and saying they couldn’t access- what a complete lie, there has been no attempt as I have been waiting for the delivery- absolutely would not recommend buying from this company again if they use dhl- can’t recommend the products and they have never arrived!!!
