Only 1 bottle of Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Classic 50 SPF delivered on order #56391 - JUNE 02, 2024 09:37PM The DHL boxed was sealed and not tampered with, so it seems Colorscience themselves did not ship the right quantity. They don't provide a UK phone number or online web chat to contact them. Only able to send a web form and now at their mercy to resolve this. If not resolved, will lodge complaint with the credit card company to claim my money back.

Their tinted sunscreens are so orange I felt like trump. Terrible customer service trying anything they can to avoid giving refunds. Don’t buy from them!

Still waiting for a refund nearly a year after paying for goods!!! I’ve tried to get in touch via email and instagram etc with no luck! Never sent order, no explanation, no refund and no response to my emails. I’d bought before and had my goods delivered- overpriced but ok products. Purchased this order on 29/11/22!!!! NEVER BUY AGAIN

Customer service shockingly ignoring my emails. Still waiting for refund of £155.40 plus £4.40 postage on products returned prompt and in perfect condition. I have tracked parcel which you received Mon 26th Jun, 14:23pm - nearly 6 weeks ago!!!

I had a disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order that was later cancelled without any explanation. I was disappointed to receive no apology or offer of a solution from them. The experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service.

ColoreScience sent my an item that expires in less than 6 months which is less than the shelf life (12M)! Not only that, they also refused to send me a refund because I have used the product before noticing the expiry date. Unacceptable policy with no respect to the client.

Avoid shopping here. I returned a product for a refund to them. Wigmore medical limited seems like the sellers name. I didn’t hear back and didn’t get my refund this is despite emailing him and having received confirmation through track from DHL showing a photo that my return had been delivered and signed by Paul on the 18th July at 15.26. Luckily I had ordered it through PayPal and they opened a case and found in my favour and I got the refund through PayPal. Finally got my money back on 25th August.

Do not order from them! I ordered a sunscreen 2 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived, I tried contacting them many times and no reply, how do I get my money back?! Absolute scam.
