Shocking customer service, wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased an expensive bamboo blind. This has broken so I can’t use it and I can’t get anyone from the company to respond to email. I’m disgusted with them.

I'd give zero stars if I could -- not for the product itself, which is actually pretty nice, but for the customer service. I spent hours (literally 4-5 hours of my life) trying to get the correct developer when they sent me the wrong one. After several phone calls and arguments, they finally agreed to send me the right developer. 2 weeks later, when it hadn't arrived, I called again. Not only did they NOT send me the proper developer, their snide, incompetent, rude customer service agents acted as if I was in the wrong the entire time. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND HOURS OF TIME ON THE PHONE FEELING LIKE YOU ARE TAKING CRAZY PILLS

They send me an order which I didn’t do! I received the bank payment but I never authorized any of it and I also didn’t do any order!!!What the hell is this service!!!

Worst customer service ever. First order arrived late, second order never arrived. Call center are giving wrong information and nobody is taking care of my continuous requests. Don’t propose subscriptions to costumers if you cannot deal with them. Really disappointed.
