Hi Loren, thank you for bringing this to our attention. While we're glad the ordering process was quick and your genuine parts arrived fast, you are absolutely right—if the site stated your order qualified for free shipping, you should not have been charged a cent. This sounds like an automated glitch at checkout, and we want to correct it immediately. Please keep an eye on your inbox; our team is reaching out to your email (couplinl@...) right now to credit that shipping charge back to your card. Thank you for holding us accountable!

Thank you so much for the awesome feedback! We know exactly how stressful it is to need gear right before a race, and our team loves nothing more than stepping up to make it happen under the wire. Glad we could get your order expedited and exactly to specification so you could focus on the start line. Good luck with the racing out in Austin, and we'll be ready the next time you need a fast turnaround!

Hi Brady, thank you for the fantastic feedback! We’re thrilled to hear the feed bag is hitting the mark for your endurance training. You nailed exactly why we love this bag—it’s all about having a secure, wobble-free spot for that 'crap ton of snacks' when you're deep into a long ride. Glad we could get it to you quickly, and we hope it helps you shave some time off those aid station stops. Happy racing!

Hi William, thank you so much for the feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you were happy with the pricing and that your order arrived at super speed. We hear you on the sticker front—we know a toolbox or frame just isn't complete without one! Drop us a note on your next order and we’ll make sure the team tosses a few extra in there for you. We appreciate the 5-star rating!
