Wait for the sales unless your last name is musk
It was easy to pick up my items that I wanted pay for them through the Shop app. Their update updates on shipping every time it changed hands. I will buy again from them on sales and close items. Everything else it’s way too expensive for me.

I messed up
I messed up. Placed an order for a handlebar in the wrong size. Sent an email to support to get it swapped, thinking that I’d have to wind up handling it in a return, but nope! Support got me the correct size bar, and did it fast!! Its worth mentioning that Im a deal hunter, and The Colorado Cyclist had the lowest price on the handlebar by $50. I’m a fan, highly recommended. Thank you for the amazing customer service, Ren!!
