30 years of racing and riding. I've trusted Colorado Cyclist for years. Ordered parts on the 24th. Paid an expedite fee of 25 dollars. Parts just shipped from " Planet Cyclery" at 5 PM on the 27th!. Colorado Cyclist used to be professional. What happened to you!?!?!?

I ordeedr from colorado Cycleist, 4 items, two ended not fitting my brakes the pads where to large. the order process was fine. The return process is not good at all. the website says this, Please email supportatcoloradocyclist.com to start the returns and warranty process. I have emailed 3 times and I have not gotten a response. Customer service does not seem to exist at Colorado Cyclist.

The helmet I bought was advertised as Lazer G1 MIPS Helmet SM Light Blue Sunset. However, when I received it, the box said Lazer Sphere MIPS, which is different than the G1 version. Customer service gave me a refund but did not send me the correct helmet. Therefore, I believe that the helmet was falsely advertised.

I ordered a new Shimano Ultegra group from Colorado Cyclist. The website said that the RD-R8000 SS rear derailleur would work with a 30 tooth cassette. I put the derailleur on the bike but it did not work with the 30 tooth cassette and a 52-36 crank. I needed the long cage derailleur to work with the 30 tooth cassette in this setup. The derailleur was never used beyond just checking to see that it didn't work. If the website had not said this RD would work, then I would not have bought it. Colorado cyclist would not take the RD back because I put it on the bike, which was the only way I could determine that it wouldn't work. Keep in mind the website said this RD would work. I spent over $2k on this particular order and they would not take the return on a part that their website said would work for me. Terrible. I will never use them again, and I would recommend that you go elsewhere for your bike parts. There's plenty of places out there with much better customer service. Lesson learned.

SLOW SHIPPING, RUNAROUND CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED! Ordered an ENVE stem on a Sunday, here it is Friday and the USPS still hasn't received the package. How does it take so long to mail an 8oz item? I email and call them to no solution. Nobody ever answers their phones or returns a message. Staff tell me via email that it is USPS that is to blame - yet the USPS says they haven't been given the package yet. Tracking shows that it has never scanned in at origin post. I have lost all faith in Colorado Cyclist. Do yourself a favor - SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
