Look pedals were good. The bottle cages were more pink than red vs. the images online.

Neutral - one of our items arrived damaged in transit, perhaps due to poor packaging, trying to get response from a Colorado via a bot made returning item difficult. In the end felt it was not worth the time and effort. So I won’t be purchasing from Colorado again. If you live in or near their location I assume they are great.
Response from The Colorado CyclistMay 30, 2026
Hi Daniel, thank you for sharing your experience, and please accept our direct apologies. Hearing that an item arrived damaged due to poor packaging is disappointing enough, but being forced to deal with an automated bot when you just need a simple return is completely unacceptable. We want to bypass that friction entirely. Please reach out to our team directly by replying to this message or emailing us with your order details, and a real customer service representative will handle your return, replacement, or refund immediately—no bots, no hoops to jump through. We appreciate your honest feedback as we work to fix our support channels, and we want to make this right for you.

Response from The Colorado CyclistApr 17, 2026
Hi William, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay in your notification. While we work hard to get orders out quickly, there can sometimes be a lag between the package leaving our facility and the carrier updating the tracking information in their system. For future orders that are time-sensitive, we do offer Express shipping options to ensure priority handling and faster updates. We appreciate your patience!

Response from The Colorado CyclistMay 14, 2026
Hi Mike, thank you for being honest with us. We sincerely apologize for the slow shipping and the negative experience with our staff. We have recently restarted Colorado Cyclist, and while we are working hard to bring this legendary brand back to its peak, we are still ironing out the bugs in our new systems. This is not the standard of service we are aiming for. We would love the chance to make this right—please contact us at [email protected] so we can address your concerns directly
