Fraudulent Scammers Do Not Sign Up!!!!!!!!

Scam, makes a good deal, you pay and will get billed monthly about 20 bucks without any unsubscribe options. I blocked this subscription payment though my bank so luckily i didn't lose my money. Then a month or two later received an email from "reply @ color-analysis. pro" (without spaces but otherwise i couldn't include their email because thats not allowed, this is their contact info) stating my subscription was successfully cancelled, there wasn't even contact information available anywhere, at least they didn't get my money. Don't pay for this.

I would give it less if I could. Took $54 7 days after $1 payment for hair style sample payment. Every way they say you can cancel the sub you unknowingly signed up for end up with an error and every email bounces back - scammed! Sadly had to cancel card and lodge with bank.

very lovely to collect money and then never deliver. site is suddenly down, then they ask for your email again and you never get any reply or results. unbelievable!

First, the hairstyle and hair color options are quite limited and the results are not very realistic. The biggest issue, however, is the subscription policy. The fact that you will be automatically charged a very high subscription fee once the trial period ends is not clearly disclosed. Even worse, I cancelled my subscription before the end of the trial period, yet I was still charged. I contacted customer support and provided proof that my cancellation had been confirmed by them, but I am still waiting for a response regarding my refund request. At this point, I can only hope that I will at least receive a refund.

Just like everybody else saying, this is a SCAM!!!! Paid $0.99, seven days later they charged me $29.90, out of nowhere. Nowhere it says anything about subscription. You cannot log in to their website and app doesn't exist. Awful! Fraudsters!
