Color Analysis ProReviews of color-analysis.pro

The checkout presented $1 as a one-time payment. Seven days later I was charged $29.90. I received no renewal email, including in spam, and I could not find a visible subscription/cancellation section in my account.

Somehow ended up with a subscription that I didn’t ask for didn’t want and can’t use. Impossible to unsubscribe impossible to get a refund can’t reach anybody. The email for support is not legitimate. I asked my credit card company to dispute the charge and the subscription.

Deceptive billing patterns / Hidden monthly subscriptions Review: This website uses highly predatory and deceptive pricing structures to trick consumers into recurring subscriptions. They heavily advertise a "$0.99 trial quiz" to get your results. However, they hide a $29.95 recurring monthly subscription agreement deep in the checkout fine print without making it explicitly clear to the user during checkout. They do not provide a clear user dashboard to edit data or cancel easily. I had to contact my bank to cancel my credit card and issue a formal stop payment to halt the unauthorized charges. Avoid this site at all costs.

Just had a subscription transfer debiting my account with this company that I didn’t sign up for! Emailed twice with no response so now reporting to financial ombudsman and sorting with my bank - absolutely beware of a company that does this - the fact I have nothing in my emails ( eg subscription reminder) is a red flag - disgusting to do this to people

This web site are stealing people money! Once you pay $0.99 for the test, they charge $29.90 for "renew the suscription"!! They don"t give any refund. This website are robbering!

DISGUSTING malpractice. the 'color analysis' (if you can even call it that) was advertised to me as a one time purchase which entailed a 1 dollar fee, rather, i incurred a 30 dollar charge after being viciously ensnared by their subscription system. Once dragooned into footing this charge, I was subject to an unscrupulous and duplicitous process whereby i painstakingly scavenged the resources sent to me to unearth the customer portal, terribly insidious tactics were at play in this ploy, i would beseech any prospective clients to read the fine print and be cognisant of the fact that this vacuous scheme is nothing but a two bit cash grab which for all intensive purposes is designed to inextricably tether your bank account to their corporate greed.

Like many people here, I wish I’d seen this first. They took a few payments from my account before I noticed. My bank has now blocked them from accessing my money and are monitoring the situation. Unable to contact this company at all. Just dreadful!
