Its a big fraud n scam reoccurring subscription with no cancellation

Scam subscription trap – never signed up, charged without consent I never signed up for this service, yet Color Analysis Pro charged my card without any authorization. First a “7-day trial” for 1.00 USD, then a follow-up charge of €25.69 that I never agreed to. I have no account, no order confirmation, nothing — just an email claiming my “results are ready” and money missing from my bank account. This looks like a classic subscription trap: charge people who never consented, hope they don’t notice, and bury the cancellation process. I’ve already contacted my bank to dispute the unauthorized transaction and I’m filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities.

I’m so not surprised this company jas such a low rating!!! I contacted them about my account being cancelled. Used this service one time when they had the $1 offer. Cancelled immediately and they were STILL able to take the money from my card. $50. These people are sheisters. I emailed and explained my situation and Emma the support team lead told me too bad all the info was on the account. Well I canceled and you wont give me the benefit of the doubt and just refund me the one time. Scammers. 💩 company. UPDATE: Contacted BBB Scam Trackers. They are now looking into this poor excuse for a company. Here is the second part to my review: I decided to try this website it was offered for a $1. After I used the website I cancelled my subscription through the website as stated. A week later I see a charge of $29.90USD out of my account. I contacted the company and told I cancelled my subscription before the renewal and to please provide a refund as it was taken anyways. They emailed me saying no and that they cancelled my subscription even though I had cancelled already. I contacted my bank and let them know I had been scammed for this amount of money. They emailed the company. The next day I had a pending transaction from this company for the correct amount of about 43.00 dollars. That was pending on my account until the second of September when they cancelled the pending transaction of course from the company’s end. left a review during this time explaining my experience and it was airing this time I’m assuming they saw the review and decided to cancel. I have to correspond emails as well as the physical receipt stating my refund was returned in the 27th which is a false statement.

This is a total scam. They provide a 7 day trial that you pay for. Then automatically keep charging, and the cancellation process is very complicated, you have to click, and re click many buttons, and it redirects you, you don't even have a user to log in, you have to request one afterwards. They do this on pupose to charge $29.90. And they don't offer anything more than the first analysis your paid $0.99 for.

BEWARE!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!! IT SAYS YOU JUST PAY $1. BUT THEN 3 WEEKS LATER THEY CHARGE YOU $30. I HAD TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD SO I WOULD NOT GET CHARGED EVERY MONTH. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. IT IS AI SCAM.

It deserves 0 stars. Total scam, paid $1 to browse the app, then have just discovered these scammers have stolen £22 from my account a week later. I haven't signed or agreed to anything that would warrant this what I can only describe as theft.

Guaranteed YOU WILL GET CAUGHT PAYING MONTHLY FEES. The experience was not worth it.
