Color Analysis ProReviews of color-analysis.pro

This company is clearly a scam. They are not transparent about their subscription charges when using the app, do not send a confirmstion email so you don’t know what you signed up to, then refuse to refund when asked. I would recommend avoiding them so you don’t get unexpected charges a week later.

Site did not allow me to view style for more than 2 minutes

They couldn't have gotten my colors more wrong. I was just trying to figure out what kind of Winter I am, and this silly thing told me I was a Light Summer! Pastels make me look tired and washed out and are my absolute worst colors -- while jewel tones, especially emerald green, always get me compliments. The face shape analysis was totally off, too, but that's partially on me for using a current photo with bangs. Instead of asking for a photo with my hair pulled off my face, it made assumptions about my forehead size and shape that were totally wrong. Believe me, I WISH I were an Oval, and I actually style my hair to create that illusion. The whole "analysis" was under $5, but you get what you pay for. Not accurate or personalized at all. I don't know what algorithm this app is basing its recommendations on, but a random stranger off the street could have done a better job.

What a scam,I only paid .99 cents for a one time ,well I thought. Come to find out i get charged 29.99 dollars. Now I sent them emails to cancel this subscription that I didn't sign up for and no response. How can they get away with this?

I did the .99 version for a ONE time try!! Now I've got to dispute a $29.99 charge!! What total B.S! I'm sure I'm probably not the first person this had happened to buy hopefully i can be one of the LAST ones scammed this way!!

Do not use this app. They advertise $1 to try then charge you $29 and subscribe you to a 3 month subscription that you are unaware of. Its a scam.

After cancelling and receiving a confirmation of cancellation in March 4, 2026, a charge was made this past week. I contacted my credit card company, and they let me know that this color-analysis.pro had also run a charge for same through in JUNE -- so, two charges 3 and 6 months after cancellation confirmation. I've sent color-analysis email and await their response.

SCAM!!!! If you take the $.99 quiz they also start charging you $29.90 in subscription fees. There’s no way to get a hold of them to cancel. So many have been scammed by this place. How they are allowed to continue is crazy. The number they list is a recorded message that says they cannot take a call. You can try to email support @ color-analysis. pro, but good luck with that. You will have to call your bank or credit card and block them from continuous charges. If you paid through Apple Cash, you will have to contact Green Dot Bank and make a complaint and dispute it. Green dot bank will then send you a dispute email that you must reply to and confirm that you want to open a dispute . Provide any proof of contact and your experience in the reply Email response. The app isn’t even any good and doesn’t even work; I’m not sure what they think is worth $29.90 in charges?! in their Help section, they list a link that does not take you anywhere but back to the app quiz. Even their help section is a scam! They are taking hard earned dollars without consent; whoever owns this app is evil and no good to society.
