Agree with all other 1 star reviews. Signed up for a trial for nominal amount, only to be charged a further £24, 7 days later. Apparently written in the small print, must arrange cancellation for “subscription” within 7 days in order to get a refund. On top of this con, the app itself is rubbish.

Phishy. Subscription rules not clear. Results didn’t match what I expected based on how I answered questions. Canceling subscription immediately.

Rubbish analysis. Not what I would agree with. But my biggest qualms is that no reminder is given so I have paid the years subscription. Messaged to cancel within moments of the payment but money will not be refunded. Don't waste your time

DO NOT FALL FOR IT! This site/app is completely shady. All I did was take a quiz, I never even finished it. Nor did I ever view the results or use any services that they offer..this was about a week ago. Then today my bank messaged me about a $29.90 charge. I have no subscription anywhere I can see or find so no clue how to cancel. Oh, and nobody answers the phone OR email so good luck cancelling, let alone getting a refund. Complete scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Infuriating.

Subscription hidden in one off purchase. 7 days after making purchase I was charged $29.99, the payment section said only €0.99 with no mention of membership or subscription but a box after the payment details needed unchecking to say I didn’t want a membership. Imagine many people are caught out by this, glad I caught it early, but disappointing that a company would try to trick its customers into paying additional money

I don’t want to review.

Zero stars. Deceptive and fraudulent. They allow you to sign up for $1 and decline a monthly cost then charge you 30. Read fine print. Canceling is almost impossible and very confusing. These people are crooks. Im reporting
