Collective is taking on the high cost of healthcare with a simple conviction: the medicines changing people’s lives shouldn’t be priced beyond their reach. Our membership model pools our members’ collective buying power to negotiate the lowest prices from licensed US pharmacies and put the savings where they belong: with the people paying for care. We’re starting with doctor-prescribed, third-party tested compounded GLP-1s, which also comes with ongoing medical and nutrition support. There are also no price hikes when your dose increases, and no bulk medication purchases. Behind Collective is Gunnar Lovelace, co-founder of Thrive Market, who helped make organic groceries affordable for millions of American families. After experiencing the benefits of GLP-1s himself, he saw another industry overdue for a price reset.GLP-1s are just the start. Collective is expanding into longevity treatments and supplements, bringing the same demand for affordability to the next wave of care. Because medical progress means very little if the people who need it can’t afford it.

I was previously using a different tirzepatide provider who took forever just to fill the prescription, followed by multiple days before anything actually shipped. I decided to switch to Collective, and the difference was night and day. I completed the screening on a Wednesday in the early afternoon, explained my situation, and had the medication prescribed and filled that exact same day. It shipped out that same day from Texas and was on my doorstep in northern Indiana by Friday evening. The icing on the cake? It is $70 cheaper a month than the service I was previously using. Outstanding service and turnaround time.

I have been on GLP-1 meds for about 1.5 years now. I started out on Wegovy when my insurance covered it, and then paid out of pocket for a while. I changed over to compounded Tirzepatide this summer. My Tirzepatide from Collective feels more effective than the Wegovy I used to take. Good appetite suppression. I switched to Collective in search of better customer service, medication quality and price and found all three. They continued me at my current Tirzepatide dose. It's same price per month for all doses. I have been with Collective for about 2 months now. The ordering process through the company portal was easy. I signed up and ordered on a weekend and had my meds by following Wednesday afternoon. In the Collective portal, I can message my ordering physician and customer service team directly. They answered all my questions. The portal itself is intuitive and has lots of features that show how to administer my medication, understand the processes, get more health and nutrition help, modify refill date requests, manage my subscription and more. I work in healthcare and did my own research on their pharmacy network, as well. Wells Pharmacy is a reputable, long standing compounding pharmacy. They also compound a wide range of other medicine and products outside of GLP-1 meds. As a partner with Collective, they only ship out early in the week to avoid any weekend delays. The packaging designed by Collective is amazing. My meds have come each time cold with ice packs, It is in a cool, eco friendly package with a message inside that says "Medicine for the people" That speaks a lot about their mission to provide affordable GLP-1 meds and support to everyone.

I signed up and paid for tirzepitide on October 16. The doctor sent me a message explaining all I needed to know about tirzepitide. However, I was prescribed semaglutide. When I asked the doctor to correct the order I was bluntly told to contact customer service. I’ve contacted customer service several times via the website and via email and have received no response. I believe this company is a complete scam or they are completely incompetent. I’ll be contacting my bank Monday. UPDATE: The doctor responds rapidly, however customer service has still not responded.

I'm really sorry to hear this. You should never be left wondering where your medication is or have to repeatedly reach out for an update, especially after you've already paid. I've requested some additional information through Trustpilot so I can locate your account and personally escalate this with our support team. I want to make sure we understand what happened with your order and get your concerns addressed as quickly as possible. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and lack of communication. This isn't the experience we want anyone to have with Collective.

**UPDATE** 10/24/2026 I finally hear from Collective to explain the delays. The issue with me is that if they would have read the emails I sent the first day they would have realized the problem on their side and this delay could have been corrected quicker instead of the 3 day delay. I would just say to their customer care side is to acknowledge your customers emails, especially when there is an issue going on. You must keep the patient informed and part of the process. Busy or not, new company or not. Communication is the success. **** I signed up with Collective, my prescription for tirzepatide was approved, then nothing. They went dark on me. It's been 4 days since approval and no communication since. My status still sits in Dr review status and the Dr chat tells me to contact support which I did like 5 times. Their support says they will respond within 24 hours and now it's been 72 hours and nothing. I think they could be a scam as they don't have a phone number or anything to reach these people to see what the issues are. Im giving it another day then I will reach out to BBB, the founder Gunnar Lovelace plus my bank to report fraud. I was hoping this was a legitimate company but it seems so far it's too good to be true. Would love to hear back from someone from this company. Would love to get a phone number to talk with someone. Just a simple update on my order is all I want. Not sure how this company has 4.7 stars unless this is all fake too. I would like to say that the Dr side of things was great. The customer service commuication is a fail. I woild love to update this review if they ever respond back to me.

I'm really sorry you've been left waiting and haven't heard back from us. I understand how concerning that would be, especially after signing up and having your prescription approved. I'd like to help get this sorted out for you. I'm requesting your details through Trustpilot so I can connect with our support team, find out what's happening with your order, and get you an update. I made the switch to Collective two months ago. I have been on compounded tirzepatide with another pharmacy that was charging three times what I'm paying with Collective. The switch was easy...I submitted my information along with a request to stay at my current dose. After a review from a physician, I was approved for tirzepatide compounded with glycine at the same does I had been on. I received my package three days later. The package arrived well insulated with several ice packs that were still partially frozen, so the vial was cooled appropriately. I was surprised to see that they also sent me a prescription of anti-nausea medicine as a just in case (I've not needed it, but it was good to see anyway). In addition to the prescription, Collective offers weekly conference calls with a consulting dietician. I've sat in on two of them and appreciate the support and pointers on good eating habits to assist with the journey. Finally the price. I'll admit, I was a bit reluctant to put out the $199 annual fee, so I appreciate the three week trial before they charge the fee. It gave me a chance to get a couple of doses to see if the medicine worked as well as my previous company (I was paying $350 per month for the same 10mg dose I'm receiving from Collective). I've not noticed a difference in quality. The $69 monthly fee simply cannot be matched. Annualized I'm now paying $1027 with Collective v. $4200 with my previous pharmacy---and all I received from them was the monthly vial of medicine. I am very, very pleased and highly recommend Collective.

Everything from the pricing, customer service and doctor communication has been excellent. I research soooo many glp1 companies before choosing one and 100% believe I went with the best one!
